Do I get it right that generation of IEC 61850-9-2LE sampled value streams is carried out using UDP to provide fast data transfer? It’s common knowledge that UDP operates with no confirmation from subscriber side and this means that some data may be lost with publisher not knowing about that. Am I right that lost sampled values data is recovered somehow to tackle with the problem?
